Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 1:29PM After the curtain came down at Long Story Short, Colin Quinn is pictured here at his theater's exit bravely fighting AIDS as he busks for loose change for Broadway Cares, a nonprofit organization that raises and distributes money for AIDS/HIV initiatives. I've been to a couple Broadway shows lately and this appears to be a fundraising push taking place across all the big theaters. Most shows are raising money by selling autographed memorabilia or by offering unique experiences. For example, over at The Addams Family, a $250 donation will get you 5 minutes with Nathan Lane in his dressing room!
