<p>--David Cross was the special guest at What's My Line? last night at the Barrow Street Theater. According to Varsity Basketweaving, "He talked about the new sitcom pilot he's filming for HBO, which he said is being staged on the set of 'Everybody Loves Raymond.' He said his character lives with two roommates who are 'idiots' representing the political extremist left and right, and he's in the middle. He said he leaves early next week to go shoot it with 'Bob' (presumably 'Mr. Show' costar Odenkirk)."</p>

<p>--We caught Neil Hamburger in Boston at The Middle East on Sunday. No one makes us laugh uncontrollably like Neil live; some grad student somewhere should do a term paper on why that is. At any rate, he told all of the jokes from his recent joke-writing contest and did a song about a jug of wine off his new country album. It ended with him lumbering off the stage with a bag of merch, which he immediately began to sell out of character at a nearby table. Preceding Neil's arrival, the low energy opening act, Anderson Comedy, unfortunately bombed relentlessly for 45 minutes.</p>
<p>--Speaking of Boston, the AltCom Festival is May 9th and 10th and features Patton Oswalt, Emo Phillips, Jim Jeffries, Morgan Murphy, and many other folks. Reserve your Fung Wah bus tickets today!</p>
<p>--According to Seth Herzog's lastet e-release, Seth is in Kuwait driving gunboats and John Mulaney is here somewhere writing on a new show for Comedy Central.</p>
<p>--Word has it that The Creek and The Cave is expanding its comedy offerings to 5 nights a week. A JEDI COUNCIL of Queens-based comics and their admirers convened recently and pushed forth with plans to run nightly shows every Tuesday through Saturday starting soon.</p>
<p>--Did anyone see The Kids in the Hall this weekend? Were they fun?</p>

<p>I saw the Saturday late show of Kids In The Hall, and it was awesome! All new material. Lots of classic characters. Really a great show. April 22, 2008 | Noam "Moe" Rosen I saw the kids in the hall in Boston and it was great. The show lasted about 90 minutes.
