« New Talent Discovered: TJ Miller! | Main| What Ever Happened To... That Lawsuit Against David Cross? » Friday Aug 18 2006 Tybrus: You're Out Too Far @ The UCBT - 8.17.6

Friday, August 18, 2006 at 9:30AM

Somethin's in the water

NOTES

--Tybrus: You're Out Too Far features Jonathan Gabrus and Justin Tyler, two sunblock lathered lifeguards patrolling the murky waters of good taste.

--It's a welcome change-up to be a part of an audience that is collectively cringing and squirming throughout a performance. The Comfort Zone, this wasn't. While the overall grossness of the scenes might bring on a little bubbly in the belly, Gabrus and Tyler's commitment ultimately nudges you into feel-good submission.

--NEW VOCAB EMPLOYED: Aquaturd, Heat Boner, Racoon's Claw

--As any disciple of Chekhov will tell you, if a Speedo is introduced in the 1st act, the rules of the theatre dictate that the Speedo must invariably come off in the 3rd.

--Tybrus shares a double bill with Hard N' Phirm next Thursday, August 24 at UCBT.

--See a Tybrus SLIDESHOW after the jump!
